Always mention that it concerns a voice problem
You will be assigned an appointment on Wednesday or Friday morning. The consultation with the voice examination, discussion of the results and proposal for treatment takes on average 1 hour.
Be careful: if you do not attend without notice, you will be charged €17 lump-sum compensation for the lost time. If you would be unable to come to your appointment, please contact the reception at least 24 hours in advance through the above phone number.
